Norman Vineyards Chardonnay Reserve
100% Chardonnay
Edna Valley; California

An elegant and well-balanced wine, this lovely Chardonnay has intense aromas of lemon and kiwi, with overtones of mint and honey. Medium-bodied with superb balance, the flavors of citrus and pit fruit lead to a silky finish.

--------------------------------------------------------------
Post House; Penny Black
Stellenbosch, South Africa
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz & Petite Verdot

The Post House ‘Penny Black’ is an intriguing blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Petit Verdot. The nose has a vibrancy of fruit , plum, black cherry intertwined with some defined savory tones – white pepper spice, game and floral overtures, reminding of violet and subtle orange peel. Good
aromatic complexity is carried over into the palate on a medium-fuller boded framework, with smooth, fine grained tannins giving this a supple, soft textural mouth feel with a dry cast to the finish. The mid palate is quite juicy with a spicy edge to the plump black fruit, offering exceptional fruit intensity, depth and
nice length to the dryer finish.

---------------------------------------------------------------
Valdivieso Single Vineyard; Cabernet Franc Reserva
100% Cabernet Franc
Lontue Valley; Chile

Intense red color with violet reflections. Cherry, raspberry, plum, black chocolate & vanilla with a slight peppery character. This wine fills the palate with sweet tannins delivering all flavors that the aromas promise.

-----------------------------------------------
Valdivieso Single Vineyard; Malbec Reserva
100% Malbec
Maule Valley; Chile

Intense red ruby color with violet reflections. Cocoa, vanilla, coffee, black cherry and blackberry aromas with subtle floral notes. Full bodied in the mouth. Fruity and impressive by volume. Acid balance gives great structure and hold soft yet firm tannins.

-----------------------------------------------
Aromal
100% Verdejo
Rueda; Spain
Aromal is the landscape, the scent of a flower,
your senses pick up freshly picked fruit of honey & lime.
On the nose it has complex old world aromas such as dry grass
hay and fennel. On the palate, interesting hints of peach
and citrus tones. Crisp and refreshing mouth feel.
Serve with poultry and sea foods.

This beer is so silky smooth it's like drinking velvet. Flavors of vanilla, clove spice mingle with notes of bitter chocolate and coffee. A slightly sweet finish compliments roasted meats and rich desserts. Best served at 45-55°f.

Saison Dupont

Originally brewed by European farmers to refresh themselves after a long day’s work in the fields. Offering a light, yeasty flavor with a subtle malt sweetness that is balanced by a crisp effervescent carbonation. The perfect warm weather craft brew. Best served at 45-55°f.
